Dunes Custom 3 hour Boat Tour 

We will depart from the dock at 151 Main Street and will cruise over to the Sandbanks Provincial Park dunes. The tour is 3 hours and will give you enough time to take some lovely photos of the dunes from the water as well as stopping for a swim and walk on the beah at the dunes. This tour is approximately 15km in distance so we can stop where you would like, when you like.

• Meet at Dunes Boat Tours - 151 Wellington Main Street, Wellington, ON at the back of the property.
• Park in the parking area next to the little blue building (back part of the circular driveway). There is enough room for 2-3 cars in tandem.

• Footwear is required, no bare feet
• Weather-appropriate clothing (hats, sunglasses)
• Sunscreen
• Bug spray
• Water Bottle
• Towels and swim suits (best to wear them as there are no changing facilities)

• 3 Hour Pontoon Boat Tour
• Boat Captain
• Cooler for your food and drink (non-alcoholic beverages only)
• All necessary safety equipment

• Sandbanks Provincial Park Commercial Day Use Pass (if required)

• We do not provide rain gear on wet days
• Food or drinks are not provided but you are welcome to bring your own (non-alcoholic beverages only)
• No beach towels are provided
• There are no washroom facilities on the boat or during the tour. Please do what is necessary before embarking on the boat. 

• Please Check-In 15 Minutes Before your tour departure time. Tours depart at the time scheduled
• Late Arrivals - If you are late for the tour departure you booked, we may try to reschedule you based on availability. There is no guarantee of rescheduling and no refunds will be issued for guests who arrive late for their tour
• All guests must sign a waiver. Our digital waiver is included in your confirmation email
• All children the age of 12 or under are required to wear a life jacket at all times
• Balance of 50% deposit is to be paid 3 days prior to the tour date

We have the option to provide a VIP beach package for your time on beach. You can have a picnic, take a swim, and just relax.

The VIP beach package includes:

• Business & Pleasure Cabana (1) and Premium Beach Umbrella (1)
• Business & Pleasure beach chairs (4)
• Foldable teak picnic table (1) by Business & Pleasure
• A Business & Pleasure beach blanket
• Turkish towels (one per person)
• Directors Chair with side table (2) - Optional

We want to make this the best beach moment for your tour and can discuss what else you may need for this VIP package. 

We will set up the number of chairs and towels to match the group size.

• For a 100% refund, cancellations and changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to the tour date. Cancellations MUST BE MADE OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON. Email Cancellations are not accepted for security purposes.
• No refund for cancellations or reschedules within the last 72 hours prior to the tour date.
• If you arrive on-site and choose not to participate in the tour, a 50% refund will be issued.
• Late Arrivals – Tours depart at the time slot booked. If you are late for the tour departure you booked we will try to reschedule you based on availability. There is no guarantee of rescheduling and no refunds will be issued for guests who arrive late for their tour.
• No-shows will be charged a 100% fee.
• If you need to cancel due to illness or a medical emergency, we require a doctor’s note from a local doctor/clinic in order to process a full refund.
• All our tours operate RAIN OR SHINE. We do not refund for inclement weather unless the weather makes for an unsafe environment.
• We will cancel tours in the event of lightning or thunder; we will reschedule your tour or refund up to 100% of the tour price if this occurs. The refund amount may be based on the proportion of the tour completed.
• In high winds or other adverse conditions, Dunes Boat Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours, based on management’s assessment of conditions. We will reschedule your tour or refund up to 100% of the tour price if this occurs. The refund amount may be based on the proportion of the tour completed.

*Please be aware, we reserve the right to refuse service in the following circumstances:*

• Participants are found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Inappropriate behavior/language to staff 

In any of these circumstances, a refund will not be permitted.
